In this episode we had Dave Callari back on the podcast! Dave is a personal trainer and a nutrition coach, owning his own nutrition company, RPM.

While on the podcast, Dave spoke about nutrition and how he feels developing a healthy relationship with food is important. He also spoke on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle while maintaining a healthy social life, and how to get that balance. He expressed how he feels it is important to maintain time management for the gym, while still balancing other important things in your life.
