Episode 29: Rowing Toward An USA Team Dream and Overcoming A Shoulder Injury With Cameron Bentley

In this episode, we have Cameron Bentley who is Division 1 Rower at the University of Virginia. She shared with us her recovery journey after sustaining a shoulder injury during the US Rowing Selection Team tryout. She offered a lot of insights regarding the rehab process and how she overcame her mental limitations. She worked hard and was able to PR her 2k test and received a scholarship to UVA.
