Episode 31: Overcoming Setbacks and Re-Injury With Grace Gigliotti

In this episode, we have one of our patients Grace Gigliotti on to share her story.

Grace is a junior softball pitcher in high school. She overcame a labrum injury in 2018 but currently is dealing with a new obstacle that warrants her to get another cleanup surgery. 

This is a reality that all high-level athletes face. To play and compete at the highest level, your body will be push beyond its limitations. Grace shared with us her insights and how she is preparing for this next surgery using what she learned in the past.
