In this episode, we have coach Rae Oliver from East Orange High School. Coach Rae is a head coach of the East Orange HS football team and has a successful program since he got there. His coaching philosophy mirrors his approach in life. He wants to bring the best out of his athletes on and off the football field. He is looking to create a culture that will inspire his students to be better and to want to do better.
